Puppies outside their box.
Tiny Steps into the Big World. It was a full and eventful weekend!
The puppies had their very first outing and spent about an hour and a half outdoors with their caring mom, Blanca.
We also took some photos of them outside and noticed that the White (slightly brownish) and the Blue puppies have started to open their eyes!

Our Puppies Doubling in Size 
By the beginning of their second week of life, our puppies have doubled their birth weight. Everyone is developing harmoniously and will soon start to open their eyes.
I did a little photo session to take a closer look at those sweet little eye slits — though, unfortunately, Mr. Pink is a bit out of focus (we were in a hurry)!

Our Puppies Are Thriving
Our Quest puppies are doing wonderfully – growing confidently and gaining weight steadily. Blanca has proven to be an excellent mother: attentive and gentle, yet calm enough to take her breaks for walks and meals.
The puppies are being raised in the warm atmosphere of a big, loving family. Blanca is clearly happy and reassured to see each family member taking turns watching over the whelping box.
Yesterday, our adult Ridgebacks visited the house where the puppies are growing up. Naturally, they weren’t allowed to interact with either Blanca or the puppies, but the scents gave everything away. They quickly sensed something exciting is happening – and they can't wait to help raise the little "grandchildren" when the time comes..
